Farm Friends Animal & Nature Program
This one-of-a-kind, nature-based program offers a gentle and meaningful way to connect with farm animals and the natural world. Guided by your animal-loving support worker, you’ll engage in a variety of farm tasks, such as feeding, grooming, walking, and providing enrichment for the animals. Every interaction is designed to be calm, nurturing, and mutually beneficial, fostering a deep sense of respect and connection between you and the Farm Friends Animals.
In this peaceful environment, you’ll experience the joy of building relationships based on kindness, empathy, patience, and care, while developing valuable life skills that support your emotional and personal growth.
Mindfulness Practices Support
This program gently guides you into the present moment through supportive mindfulness activities tailored to your individual interests, needs and capabilities. You will have the opportunity to explore grounding practices such as meditation, nature connection, self-care, yoga, journaling, mindful art, and oracle card insights all facilitated by your holistic support worker.
These sessions help you develop essential life skills, feel more aligned, calm, empowered and capable. This support provides the opportunity to heal, honour and process your thoughts and emotions. The focus is on creating a safe, nurturing space to support your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

Community Access Support
We understand how hard it can be to access the community when you’ re living with a disability or mental health challenges. Things like transport, physical mobility, social anxiety, or unfamiliar places can make it feel overwhelming—but you’re not alone. Your experienced support worker will guide these outings in a way that feels safe, enjoyable, and empowering.
