Our Mindfulness Practices Support program offers a deeply personal and nurturing experience that goes beyond typical mindfulness sessions. Set on a peaceful property surrounded by nature and animals, this service is thoughtfully designed to support your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing in a way that feels natural, supportive, and empowering.

The practice of being present
What makes this program truly unique is the environment in which it takes place. If you feel at home in nature and enjoy the company of animals, you’ ll have the opportunity to practice mindfulness outdoors—sometimes even meditating alongside goats, sheep, a pony and donkey. These calm, quiet moments of connection can be incredibly grounding, offering a deeper sense of peace and presence.
With your holistic support worker, sessions are tailored to your preferences, needs and capabilities. Activities may include meditation, nature walks, self-care practices, journaling, gentle yoga, mindful art, sound healing, and oracle card reflection. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this program offers a safe, one-on-one space to explore at your own pace

Our Community Access Support service is designed to help you confidently step out into the world and take part in the community in ways that are meaningful, enjoyable, and tailored to your personal interests and goals. We understand that navigating public spaces can sometimes feel overwhelming—especially when living with a disability or mental health challenges. That’s why we offer thoughtful, one-on-one support that makes community access feel not only manageable, but genuinely empowering.

Each community access outing is guided by your compassionate and experienced support worker who truly listens and takes the time to understand what makes you feel safe, supported, and confident. Whether you’re working toward personal goals like building independence, increasing confidence in social settings, or simply wanting to enjoy more of life’s simple pleasures, day, or night, we’re here to walk alongside you.
Our role is to be your steady, supportive companion—someone who understands your needs, celebrates your wins, and helps you embrace all the wonderful possibilities that life has to offer.
